Information Vyda May Collect

• Account and profile information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and account identifiers.
• App activity and usage information needed for service functionality, performance, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
• Content or records you actively create, upload, scan, submit, or manage inside the app, depending on the features you use.
• Device and technical information such as app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, diagnostics, and IP address.
• Support communications you send to us, including messages, screenshots, or request details.

How We Use Information

• To create, authenticate, and maintain user accounts.
• To provide app functionality and process the actions users request inside Vyda.
• To provide support, respond to requests, and process account deletion requests.
• To monitor reliability, detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the app secure.
• To improve app performance, fix bugs, and understand feature usage in aggregate.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share limited data with trusted service providers only when needed to operate Vyda, such as hosting, database, authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, or support tools. These providers may process data only for the service purposes we authorize.

We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Vyda, Proactiq, or the public.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including access controls, secure server infrastructure, encrypted transport where applicable, and operational controls to limit access to authorized personnel.

Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

• Account and profile data is retained while your account is active.
• Content or records you create in the app are retained while your account is active, or until you delete them if the app feature allows deletion.
• Support communications are normally retained for up to 24 months after the support request is closed.
• Security, fraud-prevention, diagnostic, and server logs are normally retained for up to 12 months.
• Analytics and performance data may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form for product improvement.
• Backups may retain copies of deleted data for up to 90 days before they are overwritten or removed through normal backup rotation.

Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Vyda account and associated user data by visiting https://vyda.online/vyda-delete.html or by emailing admin@proactiq.com from the email address linked to your account.

After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify account data from active systems within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons. Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days as described above.

Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or clarification about your Vyda data. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children

Vyda is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without the required consent, we will take steps to delete it.
